4. Quotes, fees and payment
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude GST, which is payable in addition where applicable.
- Invoices are payable by the date stated on the invoice. Late payments may attract interest or administrative fees as set out in the applicable service agreement.
- Disbursements, third-party costs and statutory charges incurred on your behalf may be on-charged at cost where the quote or agreement provides for this.
- Changes to scope requested after acceptance may require a variation and adjusted fees, which we will confirm in writing before proceeding.
5. Your obligations
To enable us to deliver services effectively, you agree to provide timely access to relevant information, documents and personnel; respond to reasonable requests within agreed timeframes; ensure any information you supply is accurate and that you have the right to share it; and comply with all laws applicable to your use of our services, including building, planning and workplace safety laws where relevant.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and layout, is owned by or licensed to Pandher Build Group Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, deliverables prepared for you under an engagement are licensed to you for your internal business use upon full payment, and we retain ownership of our pre-existing methodologies, templates and know-how.
7. Confidentiality
We treat information you provide in connection with an engagement as confidential and will not disclose it except as required to perform the services, with your consent, or as required by law. This obligation survives the completion or termination of an engagement.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, and except for guarantees that cannot be excluded, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services or this website is limited, at our option, to the resupply of the relevant services or the payment of the cost of resupplying those services.
